J’avais mal aux genoux depuis quelques temps: mon chirurgien orthopédiste m’a appris hier que j’avais de l’arthrose dégénérative. Mince, il ne l’a pas dit, mais elle est causée par le surpoids.
Motivation supplémentaire, donc, d’autant qu’il est encore temps de stopper son évolution.
J’ai commencé une diète cétogène depuis trois semaines. Je me sens bien, vraiment bien. Je surveille la balance.
