Allez, on recommence. Je suis passablement dépressive à cause de mon poids: 101,6kg. Avec tout ce que j’ai déjà perdu et repris, c’est inacceptable. J’atteignais les 79 kg et oui... voilà.
J’ai recommencé le régime cétogène: j’espère qu’il va fonctionner comme la dernière fois.

87 kg ce matin. J’ai un peu stagné à 89 pour des raisons hormonales très féminines. Enfin, c’est redescendu, ouf.
Toujours en mode keto. Promenade de 16 km aujourd’hui pour booster le métabolisme !

-1,8 kg en régime cétogène dans la phase booster prévue par mon nutritionniste. 14,6 km de marche samedi et 19,2 km dimanche. Aucun mal de genou, mais un peu raide aujourd’hui.
