我不厲害,也不懂。只是下定決心!!我花了大概半年,才從72瘦到59,60左右。下雨也健走,含糖飲料,油炸不碰。要喝飲料就把奶茶改成無糖紅茶拿鐵。熱量減不少。吃東西堅持不沾醬,也不加醬。堅持不量體重(以免放棄),但我會找出以前比較瘦的褲子來穿。現在我還是我,但更健康了,月經也正常了。
Ps:這不是食物照🤣

堅持不量體重。前幾天上班拿Edwin出來穿,已經鬆到像鬆緊帶的褲子了🤣只好拿更瘦時買的另一件Edwin,穿起來還略寬鬆。繼續努力💪讓自己更健康

不量體重,比較想降體脂
今天游泳,L號的泳衣一拉就穿起來
(記得之前還拉好久,屁股和肚子🤣🥴)
穿以前比較瘦的牛仔褲,記得上次勉強扣起來,但坐下來,凸兩大塊肚子。現在穿,凸肚也沒了。為了想懷孕,大概瘦了快10公斤,泌乳素正常了,也每天去慢跑健走,心跳維持120才有效。努力一段時間,覺得飲食控制真的比較重要,運動是讓身體更健康。希望可以回到國小體重🤪

很久都不敢量體重。半年前量是72左右,之後自己慢慢穿褲子看緊還鬆。最近身體不舒服來醫院,量剩65,足足瘦了7公斤,太開心。繼續運動
