蝦皮買了無糖花生醬,麵包要吃全麥的。買不到全麥,先吃胚芽半片麵包,花生醬有糖和無糖,吃多熱量都高。塗上純自然無糖花生醬,口感一樣好。加油!努力減肥變健康,再生個胖娃娃👶🏻
