本來72公斤左右,也不知道怎麼胖的XD
一開始覺得是高泌乳激素影響(護士說會胖丿
家人一直說好胖好胖,先生有吃的本錢,常下班說要吃東山鴉頭。看著扣不起來的褲子,決心要減肥。
現在每天吃燕麥+各種穀物粉配奶粉
很容易有飽足感,每天出去健走,跑步,跳繩和游泳,外加大量喝水。同事點飲料我就喝溫的無糖。
兩個月下來,雖然沒有瘦很快,大約7公斤左右,扣不起來的褲子也穿的下了。人瘦了,感覺排便也順暢,代謝也變好。
