Ok so i worked out yesterday and made myself believe me!! guess its just a down time i felt very tired but this was the first day i was home early with no place to go. but when i jumped on the scale this morning i was back down to 231 must keep working out.

Ok i know why i have hit my plato I have been so busy these last to week that by the time i get home its 8:30 and im to tired to work out... good news is im not gaining which means i am learning how to control my weight but i will say its a must to work out if you want to lose weight..

Ok why is it everytime time mother nature stopes by I gain 3 pounds... this is my first real plato i have to get back in losing mode I have stopped for a week and it is a little discuraging. my weekend seem to be the hardest.
