Wow it felt great to get on the scale and see 2 more pounds gone I guess we just have platos every month and freeze for a min but im back on track now.....

wasnt really going 2 work out last night but all i kept thinking was 40 day 40 min I can do this! woke up this morning and jumped on the scale I lost 2 Lbs GREAT! i have to be consistant I know it will pay off.

well i got on scale this morning i didnt lose but didnt gain any.
I was told not to weight everyday wondering what the best time to weigh is and how often?
