My wedding is officially 33 days out... I can't believe it!
So after trying on my dress for the second time and being ten times for comfortable than the first time... I slipped in my dieting. No I DID NOT go nuts, but I did not stay as diligent on my work out schedule. No matter the excuse, business travel, the flu, or complete lack of time... I need to make excersise a prioroty again.
This past weekend was my bridal shower, it was lovely!! And I can promise you that I did not diet that day... I let myself eat M&Ms and appetizers... etc.
But now it is back to business as usual :-)

QUESTION ABOUT PROTEIN: SO I read that if you are lifting weights it is important to eat a lot of protein which will also help you lose more weight (fat). Some articles suggest a gram for every pound you weigh. For that reason, I have limited carbs and increases my lean protein ingestion -
but for the life of me... I can't get in more than 90-100 grams of protein - - that is on a good day. I am eating tofu, egg beaters/whites, low sodium cheese, yogurts, low fat cottage cheese, chicken... what else can I do to get more protein into my diet? Any ideas on high protein foods that are also low in carbs/calories?
