15 weeks 192.8 on the roller coaster, up down up down. This used to be so much easier when I was younger without hormone or thyroid issues.
PAPA help me stay focused, more energy and strength to exercise and continue to make good food choices and not stray. I know this didn't happen overnight and it will take some time for my body to adjust. Make my bones stronger and take away the inflammation that makes them hurt. Thank you ABBA FATHER for loving me just as I am and always walking along beside me. I give YOU Glory and Honor and Praise in JESUS name! Amen

Ughhh, miserably full. I never eat as much as I have today and I know for someone else it may not seem like a lot but for me it is. Off on my macros. Too many berries but they were delicious, at least in the beginning and then iI just couldn't stop myself till they were all gone. Praying this doesn't derail me. Back to staying focused and diligent in the morning.
