So my birthday was yesterday and the ladies in my office brought cake, chips, dip, ice cream ( all I did not touch) strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, broccoli and mini green beans. I ate way too much fruit I think but it was so delicious! I only ate some ground beef the rest of the day and and hoping and praying all the fruit didn't kick me out of ketosis. Back to measuring everything today!

Losing 1.8 kg a Week

11 weeks. Frustrating, I've weighed 195 and under the entire week until the official recording day for me. I've stayed on track all week. Never a cheat and if anything sometimes don't eat enough. Focus, stay the course, the weight will come off. Pep talk to myself.
