Considering that I'm doing a lot less exercise than I should, probably reality is that fat stores have crept upwards and muscle tone reduced equivalently weight wise.

However, I feel vibrant and healthy enough, so whenever I decide to pick up the exercise levels I think it won't be especially difficult. Exercise isn't supposed to feel like a lie-in so it is never going to be 'easy' but it should at least be fun, and I think when I'm in the right frame of mind it will be.

I do this, by the way - I tend to spend a while knowing what I need to do, and at some stage the 'should do that some time or other' thoughts turn to 'should really do that quite soon' and eventually to 'ok - its time to do that thing!' (occasionally I have to leave this pattern early if there is some sort of urgency then it becomes 'I don't care if you don't feel ready - it needs doing now and you're the one who needs to do it now!')
but there's no urgency - so you all get to hear me talking about exercise in progressively more imminent ways for oh at least a month, I'd say..

Life has been a bit stressful lately, in sporadic bursts of stress, so the sort that burns up calories rather than causes calorie storage? Maybe that's why I lost more than planned this week.

Anyway I got the opportunity to have an all day breakfast yesterday at a lovely relaxed meal with my younger daughter whilst we were out and about in Hatfield because of having taken my older daughter to her school event.
At a guestimate of 800 - 900 calories (café bacon, café egg, café jumbo sausage, café beans, 2 coffees and perhaps worst of all café-toast (eugh white bread but only a half slice) I thought it would really help me to not lose weight, but then yesterday evening things got very difficult and I didn't feel like eating supper, so that ended up being 30g of cheese and a slice of bread and even that only for the sake of it.

But on a brighter note, woo hoo!!! my 12st0 year end goal weight seems very likely to be achieved soon!
