Gonna give a Jillain Michaels cranberry detox drink a try. I have also tried to go organic on my fruits and veggies. See if anything will get my weight loss moving again.

Been trying to give it my all. I have changed up my workouts. Doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. Tae Bo. I am trying to run when possible.

I have been good about meeting all the mini challenges, but I think after the years of losing weight by just wathching what I am eating, and not a ton of exercise, have left my body somewhat out of shape. Now I am very consisitently working out, but the number on the scale isn't budging a whole lot. I am assuming that I am losing the fat and gaining muscle, which they all say weighs more than the fat. I am waiting for that one day when all of a sudden it all comes together. Will it ever?

My weight it stuck again. I have limited the sugar in my diet. Stepped up the workouts. And yet, here I am. At a standstill with my weight. I think I need to consciously write down EVERYTHING that passes my lip. I may be surprised at what I find. A couple peanuts there, a couple crackers here. This is a challenge to myself.

Recently got back on WW. Gotta watch that late night snacking. Also need/want to go through my house and get rid of the "bad" food.
