I have no excuses. Busy lifestyle and not ready for it. I was busy with my daughters kindergarten field trips, followed by her 5th birthday party. Craziness is over. I really need to get myself back on the right track. I would like to be able to reach half of my goal weight loss by Xmas. I believe exercise is the key.

I stuck to my diet fairly well this week, and did my best not to snack after dinner. I am also trying to be a "real" food eater instead of processed foods. I would try to have a glass of hot tea at the end of the day to wind down instead of my usual snack. I also got back into my workout routine. What I don't get though is why weight is stuck. Perhaps I am not sticking to it as well as I should have. I am definitely going to give the journal my best try. I need to keep track of what I eat and how I feel. Does anyone else do this and find out something about themselves.
I guess I shouldn't be so hard on myself and realize that I am only human. Hope this next week I see some results.

I so hate myself this last week. I have my issues. But, I am making the decision to get back on track. Ate a healthy breakfast, will be doing the elliptical this afternoon, and then running like a crazy person at work tonite behind the bar. I plan on doing the Tri for the Cure in April, so I need to get in shape.

SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
I hate the evenings. They are my biggest problem. I still, for some stupid reason, feel that I need my nightly snack. I had a glass of tea last night, hoping that was going to help. Then I decided to have myself a few ginger snaps. Ughhh!!! I hate myself somedays. I know why I can't lose these last few pounds. I need to just clear out the cabinets and get rid of it. Now to just do it. Maybe I should do that tonight when I feel like I need to snack. Throw them away!!!
