Ok, so I did weigh in Monday morning. 133. omg. I wasn't that shocked, but disappointed in myself that I had allowed myself to get back to where I originally was over a year ago. Anyway, I know I wasn't suppose to weigh in until after the 9 days but I couldn't help myself. sometimes you just want to see that what you are doing is working. So this is what I have been doing.
Eating only fruits and veggies, blackbean soup, 8oz v8 fusion mixed with frozen fruit. I have been drinking a detox tea twice daily to help regulate my movement if you know what I mean. I've also worked out (cardio) for at least 30 minutes both days.
So the news is 129 this am.
I am motivated and excited to see what I can accomplish over the next 7 days. For me the first 3 are always tough. I always feel sluggish. Once I pass the three day mark it seems my energy increases. So after day I will increase my workout time.
I read an article in First Magazine about doing yoga in a hot room and it will assist in melting away the cellulite. I think I am going to try to incorporate this in my regime.
About my weight history I am not going to record it again until I reach the 125 mark.

There has been a lot going on lately. You know we all heard of there is a cause or a reason behind our eating especially when we know we are not really hungry. Well I've found mine unfortunately it was at the same time that I realized heart disease runs in my family. So my self revelation is that I am an emotional eater. So here I am not really wanting to step on the scale cause hey, who needs to when your pants are screeming it for you. Everytime I start to sit down I can hear my pants say, Are you sure about this? I don't know if I can hold it all together much longer! LOL
anyway seriously my pants are not talking, but that is what I am thinking everytime I start to sit down. So I am not sure if I will weigh in in the am but I am definately starting back at day one. With you all as my support I know that I can do it AGAIN. And maybe my pants can relax or at least I can start to relax in my pants.

I am quite pleased with the weight loss, considering I cheated my self the last several days. I'm going to continue with phase one for a couple more days. Hopefully this will make up for my cheat days. thank goodness for exercise. I probably wouldn't have seen this great of a loss without it.
