I feel good about my workout today. I think I prefer swimming, but sometimes you just gotta sweat- you know? To feel alive? I know that sounds nuts and I fucking hate sweating ( it bring the term " sweats like a pig" to mind.)but there you have it.
I have worked out 3 times since wednesday- which in itself is a victory. To me go the spoils!Eventually anyway.
My goal is to stay very very near 1400 calories everyday this week and work out in some form every day. Every Day. EVERY DAY. That was for my benefit.
Another goal- weighing food religiously.
This means that sometimes I will have to:
A. Take my scale with me places
B. Measure my food before I leave.
This weekend is a party at my house. Oh, how I love to drink the alcohol. We will have pizza. The Horror of all those calories. But hey, a girl has got to let loose when she can, right?
Good Job to all of us for working on ourselves for a change. We can not change anyone but us. And look at us! We are giving it a good shot :)

I put in all of my food from yesterday- I knew I didn't need that pita at the end of the day-- but damn it I WAS stomach hungry.
Proud of my swimming yesterday, proud of my food choices ( even if I did go over my allowance).
The soreness is leaving my legs, but I feel it in other areas-- which is a good thing.
Feeling hopeful after a solid deep sleep. Yay!

So here I am AGAIN. Starting over AGAIN. I feel I was faithful and true with my last "Again" but apparently I was not. I never lost the weight.
I am recommitting myself to recording my food.
I have joined a gym. I am going today even though I really really want to stay home and do nothing. My legs are screaming from the 5 minutes on the devil-made elliptical. Then 45 on the treadmill ( 3.2 mph at 2% incline). My legs felt like rubber.
I know I am worth the trouble. But, working out is like work. And sometimes you really don't want to go to work.
I am excited the gym has an indoor pool. I swim like a fish, and it's a gym so everyone is there to improve-right? I should get no whale calls in this place. Though, admittedly, I am a smidge worried about it. Chubby chicks can't help but worry about those things.
My calorie intake goal is 1400.
In the next week I plan on making the gym 5 days a week.
I will up my water intake.
I will spend more time outside in the gorgeous weather.
Ok, off I go.
