在放縱日完的第五天,身體清零完,第一頓R2午餐是豆腐海帶味增湯

放縱日完後胖了0.2,之後R1跟R1.5卡重了四天54.9kg,
一直不敢進R2,然後生理期來了,原來是正常卡重...
所以還是直接在第五天進R2飲食(* ̄з ̄)
