Yesterday, I got a free pedometer from Walgreens. My goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day (or more). As of right now, i have walked 7,620 steps. Maybe this way, I can motivate myself to walk more. I already feel better just by making more of an effort. We shall see. :)

Not happy, but not beating myself up. New philosophy: lose only 1 lb a week. This way, it will come off slowly. It needs to come off and STAY off for my mental & physical health. Also, need to be a good example to my family. I want them to see me as a POSITIVE role model instead of a couch potato.
THIS IS DAY ONE OF THE REST OF MY HEALTHIER LIFE.
P.S. Going to get a pedometer today for me and my family. Goal: 10000 steps a day.
