i'm up 2 pounds. i hate the scale because it isn't telling the whole story. my pants are falling off! my core feels tighter and i'm feelin WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY stronger. I know what the prob is...i didn't track points every single day. Guess what i'll be doin 4 the rest of my life...trackin points.
I'm also praying to Jehovah for self-control. Keep moving forward and don't look back! Can't walk a straight line if you're looking behind you.

I've been doing pretty great actually. Walking daily, less time in front of the tv. LIFTING WEIGHTS! Since i started this journey, i feel so good! WOO! Look out!
I'm quickly approaching 35...wanna get this weight in check before i get any heavier. All my family and friends are so supportive. Each day is such a blessing with my peeps.
Keep on moving! Peace!
PS...i made a cake...and i ate lots of it. But, today is over and tomorrow is a fresh start.

ive been exercising but not weighing myself this week. I'll report a new weight on Monday the 25th. Keep moving forward...we are all worth it!

Today I nearly panicked when I lost my cheese stick! When you don't get a lot of points, that little snack is such a huge thing! Thankfully I found it. Also, just to let you know...when you're frustrated, throwing things helps! (and no...i don't mean AT people)
I threw a whole bunch of extra wood on the back of the truck today to take to the dump. Funny how changing one thing in your life can have such a great ripple effect.
Keep making good choices out there everyone! Do the best you can every day. That's all God asks.
