It's snowing...i shoveled like MAD! Guess what I ate...like 4 oatmeal cookies. 4 breakfast i had banana and rice krispies....i also made brownies.
I have no guilt about this. I figured the shoveling makes up for everything else. Do ya feel me?
Dinner is turkey meatloaf with baked potatoes and veggies on the side.
The snow looks like those flaky sprinkles the bakery puts on cakes.
Being snowed in can be dangerous. On my counter I also have a bowl of baby carrots & celery. When I pass by, i pick up a stick and chomp away....chomp chomp chomp!!!

Howdy! I started a new job but have been trying to watch my portions. I realized that i'm very sensitive to sodium. SO not even diet sodas for me. Walking helps! Even if i have to phone a friend while I walk, I feel like a million bucks afterwards!
If I take care of me, I can take better care of others. Keep moving forward everyone! Better health ahead...and the promise of a BETTER FUTURE!
