Most of the time its not not knowing what to do..... - its doing what we know we need to do long enough to achieve the results we want. - New Wayne
Becareful about out of sight out of mind. Although its an amazing skill to be able to eat without a scale (measuring grams) and still hit your goals, often the scale is just that extra level of diligence and check we need to remind us whoah thats a bit too much of .... what ever we put on our plate. Its nothing to be ashamed of weighing your food, its not like training wheels with your diet that you need to mature from.
I was taught early in my weight loss journey that I should mature away from the scale interesting enough it was never from the athletes who were achieving the highest lean mass goals.
I understand that everyone has different goals, but this post is for the person who feels bad about weighing everything they eat, if you need that help in your life that is nothing to be ashamed about.

Just because we are leaning out does not mean we forget the gun show :) LOL.
Suns out Guns Out. Training arms is one of my favourite days. Excuse the silly expression but I get excited about my own gains.

Keep on keeping on.
Having a three month cutting, 6 month growing, 3 month baseline seems to keep me focused on the task at hand.
