Day 57, just made myself some scrambled eggs for lunch, with mushrooms, baby spinach, some capsicum (bell peppers) four eggs, 60ml of fat free milk, half a turkish roll, bit of butter, delish, so so filling, all the best, weigh in tomorrow, cross your fingers everyone, god bless

Day 56 which marks 8 weeks on my 19/5 fasting, I mucked up last night I forgot to weigh my corned beef, I weighed or measured everything else, but I cooked it for five hours and I forgot, I had to estimate and I feel I over estimated but that's fine, but every thing else is progressing slowly but surely, defiantly heading in the right direction, and I keep telling myself all good things come to those who wait. Looking forward to the new me huffy2.0

Well its Sunday (Aussie Time) day 55 has dawned and I am feeling good, haven't really waivered about my eating habits, no Junk food, exercising daily and I'm feeling a whole lot better, daily tasks are a lot easier, sleeping more comfortable and general wellbeing, feeling a lot clearer in mind, my anxiety and social fears are diminishing ever so slightly daily, onwards and up wards I say, well thats me for the day.
55 days of fasting and averaging around 30% of RDI.

Another day down, today marks day 50 of intermittent fasting, I only eat lunch and dinner aiming for under 1500 calories a day, today I had 1133 calories, around 33% of my RDI. I also managed to achieve about 35 of relatively fast paced walking, I was puffing but kept going, desire breeds dedication, i understand i have a lot of a journey to go, so one day at a time.
My fasting regime is eat lunch at 12noon, then eat tea at 5pm, then fast till 12pm the next day, i also are eating super clean but not perfect, i eat chiko rolls, dim sims etc but all air fried and in moderation.
