Morning to self, still doing ok, havent waivered as yet, days will turn into weeks and the numbers will fall, a couple a week or even one, think lomg term lifestyle change, lifestyle change...

I feel I continue to do well, weigh in tomorrow, hoping for a couple more Kgs, but up or down, ill continue to move forward with my life, changes to my physical shape are taking place, just little changes, feet brand new in morning but swell up a bit during the day, walking is easier, slowly and steady, its a marathon not a sprint...

Things are progressing well, bit nervous about weigh in tomorrow, just hope my fasting is working, oh well time will tell and I've been very good logging all I eat, being very disciplined, ill add another entry tomorrow...huf out

Another day nearly down, tomorrow will dawn with much optimism, purchased scales today, previously was only estimating my weight, 2017 hernia removed weighed 197kg and have been a couch potato since, I was unsure of my weight when I joined fatsecret, so I stated 180kgs, i have been fasting, lunch 12 noon, tea 5pm then nothing till next day at noon, had a couple of biscuits but nothing more, for over a month, weighed myself today 176.4kgs, still a long way to go but i was suprised, unsure of initial weight but must of been 200+kgs, anyway just had tea just over 1000 calaries for the day, huffy out...
