I think I’ve hit another bout of depression. I haven’t exercised this whole month, I’ve lost interest and gotten very lazy. But also I’ve had some health issues; this coming Thursday I’m having my gallbladder removed, and 3 weeks later will have a hysterectomy. Somewhere in between there I need my 2nd Covid vaccine. I feel overwhelmed with all of the things I need to handle beforehand. Also I’m scared of pain.

I’ve been experimenting with different protein bars. Looks like that didn’t go well! But I’m not upset one bit. Actually I want to continue my experiment for another week to see what happens.
Also I haven’t exercised at all this week. I have no excuses.
