I got a 95% on my semester final yesterday. I'll take it. It was a BIG test (6 months worth of learning) and a 95 will only take my overall GPA down just a bit. :)

- 5 min @ 12min/mi pace

My naughty little dog is helping me in my weight loss efforts...by snatching half of my english muffin sandwich this morning. I'm now following the "Sneaky Dog Diet"

Ran 1 mile today & Walked .25 mile
- 2 min walk warm up
- 6 min @ 12min/mi pace
- 1 min walk break
- 6 min @ 12min/mi pace
- 2 min walk cool down
Going to add more time in the running portion and work up to 3 miles and then work on speed for the rest of this season. 5K's only this year, maybe 10K's next season.

So, I tried calorie counting for about a month, I'm not doing well. I've decided to do Weight Watchers again. I lost my baby weight on it...I should've STAYED on it rather than gaining it all back plus some. Still going to use FS for finding food NI for calculating points for things I can't find on the WW site.
