Never eat from the bag...especially while distracted with work. It's easy to think you can stop after a little bit of popcorn, and then NOT stop. (Duh...I *should* know this...but here I am anyway)
Yes folks...this is why I'm fat. Just brutal honesty...I gotta take on the BAD habits face on to change it. What's done is done...learn from it so you don't repeat it.

Hmm... I was shooting for 1500...overshot by 91 calories. I guess I could attempt to go UNDER by ~90 cals tomorrow. ;) That works right??? LOL
I'm going to try to sneak in a run after dinner. (Maybe at 8:00ish after the kids get in bed) I wonder if the treadmill noise will keep the kiddos from falling asleep, it doesn't seem to rouse them in the mornings.

Ah...NOW I see why the jump in weight...It *will* go away in a couple days...just a natural thing. =P
