《 6/12(二) 減脂減重Day64 —@ 69.4 kg 》

(早餐) 黑咖啡240ml、巧克力海綿蛋糕100g
、西瓜(約600g)
(午餐) 水煮蛋 x3、低糖豆漿450ml
(晚餐) 水煮雞胸肉(有皮)350g + 特製醬油20g
、低糖豆漿450ml

(喝水量) 約2000cc
(運動) 空中踩腳踏車200下/5組、跳繩200下/3組

前天嘴饞,吃了小弟從宜蘭帶回來的芋頭奶凍,本只想淺嚐一塊就好,結果不小心滾了三塊進到胃裡,加上晚餐吃得晚又多⋯⋯果然,隔天報應很快就來了😨

不過,好在有及時補救 (運動、控制飲食、定時定量喝水、增加蛋白質攝取...) 體重才能順利減掉,體脂/皮下脂肪也都有下降,而肌肉量不降反升~YA 😆
