最近兩週沒有更新日誌跟體重,因為確診了,有點嚴重,所以一直在休養中,食物上就暫停了4+2R好一陣子,基本上能吃的下去的食物都沒有限制,但實在太多東西一聞就反胃了,所以打算過一陣子胃口比較調適過來了再繼續4+2R。目前先恢復正常飲食。
