Well here it goes again I am starting my Fatsmash diet once again. Went to Celebrity fit club web site read testimonials and was inspired to get back on track with this diet. The first time me and my hubby did this diet we really did well. Unfortunately we had valentines day and I cooked a very fattening meal and we strayed and fell off the diet from then. I just started P90X extreme work out system been doing it for going on 3 weeks now work out six days a week. I now realize that no matter how much working out that you do it means nothing if you are not eating right. Just came from Walmart stocked up on brown rice beans fruits and vegies. Already have tons of egg whites I eat those all the time now. really do not care to even eat regular eggs anymore. I have gained four pounds but those pounds are out of here Detox here I come.
My Goals are to tone and lose at least 20 pounds preferably weigh 150 when all is said and done.

Today was another excellent day for me. I just purchased and started the P90X workout and believe you me I was so afraid that I would not be able to do the workouts without dieing. Good news fellow weight loss seekers I have BEEN doing the P90X lean version of the program which incorporates much more extreme cardio, never the less, still provides sufficient weight training and core training as well. I am happy because I have been doing the workouts for two weeks now even with my bad knee. I actually look forward to working out because there are 12 different workout tapes in the series which allows me to never get bored of any workout. It also helps that if it is really intense or there or any moves that you hate you usually only have to do it only once a week. This program works because it uses muscle confusion which keeps you from suffereing from the dreaded plateu. I was doing the fat smash but I started eating the meal plan that came with the workout series which has three phases the first being the Fat Shredder, second energy booster, third Endurance Maximizer. The first phase is a high protein based diet designed to help you strengthen muscle while rapidly shredding fat from your body. The workouts are so extreme that IT is heavily emphasized that you must eat a sufficient amount of food everday or you will crash. I am going to finish the entire 90 day program. I will stick to workout 6 days a week not skipping no matter what happens unless I am injured. I will be stronger, slimmer, more toned, and healthy when I am done. I am focussed and I claim and put this in the universe that I will have visible results and actually lose some weight and get back in shape despite my hubby who laughs at every diet that I have tried failed and quit. WOW I DO REALLY FEEL EXCITED ABOUT THE PROSPECT OF MAKING A GOAL AND ACHIEVING IT, BECOMING HEALTHIER AND MORE IN SHAPE AND ABLE TO WERAR ALL OF MY SIZE 8 CLOTHES THAT ARE IN MY CLOSET. WOO HOO AND GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE

Woo it has been almost two months since I journaled. I just got P90X from Beach Body and I started on Friday. This program is a highly intensive and extreme workout. I was afraid before I got it that I would not be able to hang. Good news so far I have done ok if I must say so myself and i have finished the workouts that I have done thus far. I really just need to focus on my eating habits and being consisent with doing the workouts all six days every week. Hopefully by June after my 90 day regimen I will be able to see extraordinary results. Boy do I have a long way to go.
Good news is my new moto is Progress Not Perfection. Everytime I feel or think that I am not getting anywhere I am going to say and think these three words "Progress Not Perfection" got this from doing Jenny Craig.

I am happy that I am finally not focussing on my weight but focussing on chaning my life style and being consistent with it. Also happy that I am losing weight, but, even if I do not see any changes on the scale I have decided and also realize that I did not get this big in two weeks it took years to get the size that I am. So I will be making small goals instead of looking at the end of the road. I needed to lose 30 pounds. I have lost eight and this time I refuse to revert back to old habits I will continue to eat healthfully and keep it moving daily with some form of exercise.

Well I am happy to say that I made it through my first week of slim and six. Stuck in there and I plan to continue. Ate right and I did well on the 2 day fast jump start lost six pounds doing that. And ate healthy the rest of the week. I can do this even with Thanks Giving coming up. I am and will enjoy that day and then get right back on track and remain foucussed. I feel lighter and my waist and stomach is so flat and not poking out from too much eating. I will weigh myself tommorw that will be my actual one week.
