I am doing wondrfully exercising 5 to 6 days a week. I am pleased that I have been faithful to my diet with only a few variations. This week I will stick and workout everyday hip hop abs.

Doing fine eating lots of fruits and vegies and working out I have got to stay committed to my life style change. I really need to get these pounds off asap.

getting ready to workout hips buns and things hip hop ab tape and maybe do the full body work out as well. Had oatmeal 2 hours ago so I think my food should digested enough to workout now. Stick to the plan ladies and gents and do not let anyone or thing sway you from your goals of being absolutely fabulous. Have a great day everybody.

Just got back from friends wedding in St Thomas today is the day that I start phase one again.

Doing hhip hop abs trust me this is one of the best workouts ever I totally reccomend to anyone bored with what they are donig even my daugter who is 17 has girl friends who love to do the workout with me they even like the music and the fun ab working moves.

Starting Fat Smash over tommorow got off track Feb 14th and have been off track every since then.

Must be consistent and faithful to my goal of healthy weight loss.
