Should be in phase II, however, I do not think that I am going to start including meat in my diet.
Cheese either.
Worked out yesterday and today 50 minutes.

I have to say thank you Lord because my hubby Theron has been complaining about he does not have to do every diet that I decided to do and that he was not on the Fat Smash with me. LOL ladies and gentelmen because somebody who has not been on the diet has lost over 10 pounds doing phase one with me kicking and screaming and hollering about being hungry all of the time. Just as I told my sis n law if you are hungry all of the time that means that someone is not eating enough times in a day nor or they eating until they are full.
I have not weighed myself but I know with me working out at least 5 days a week and eating healthy everyday I cannot go up again I say I must go down. I know that I feel wonderful.

Still doing wondrfully. I guess I could say that I am on my 7th day of phase 1. This has been a piece of cake so I declare that I am not stopping at 9 days. I plan to continue for an additional month starting from this Monday. When I do start phase II I do not think that I will add the meat just the other foods.
I am the weigh freak I weigh like morn noon night. Which just usually descourages you. I will weigh on the 10th morn but I plan to continue the plan as is and worry myself about how much I weigh. I say this because since this is a life style change and the fact that I am doing everything that is required I know for a fact that scale has no choice but to go down not up.

I have been doing the Fat Smash diet since last monday January 11, 07 I totally followed the diet phase 1 until we went to Vegas for the weekend however all is not bad because I pretty much followed the diet cheated only once. Did not do any buffets no fast food except the first night we got there. shared a couple of bites of my husbands sandwhich and I had a regular omlette no egg whites available for me to eat. Still not too shabby. Had sauted vegies from every restaurant we dined at.
Even though I strayed a bit still doing very well. I weighed only because i knew I had ate a couple of things that I was not suppose to. I still had lost six pounds in a week. Woo Hoo. Back on 100% working out five days a week at least 45 min to an hour. I feel really really good I plan to probably not go back to eating very much meat this has not been as hard as I thought it would be.

Today I did my exercise yeh for me. My sister and law just emailed to say that she started today I am happy and excited for her as well. Doing great have not cheated nor have I wanted to. Did Turbo Jam fast blaster. Yesterday did Taebo boot camp 50 min.
