Selalu tanamkan dalam diri sendiri. Tidak ada yang namanya diet instan. Diet itu target pertama adalah hidup sehat dan selanjutnya menurunkan berat badan. Perbaiki dulu pola makan dan metabolisme. You are what you eat.
Tujuannya sehat untuk jangka panjang. Bukan langsing sesaat.
Proses jadi gendut aja butuh waktu tahunan, lalu mana mungkin langsing dalam 1 bulan.
