Smoked haddock cooked in lemon butter & oregano. Spinach, Avo, cucumber & tomato salad with olive oil & lemon. 100g of Spanish style rice & smooth cottage cheese on the side

Dinner: 700 Cals
Bacon Mac n cheese with sugar snap peas cooked with butter & lemon.1/4 Avo, cherry tomatoes & cucumber salad. I was very active today so opted for a high carb dinner.

2 Chicken fillets cooked in spices, herbs & coconut oil. Roast Cauliflower, Salad with 1/2 Avo, watercress, cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes drizzled with 1/2T olive oil & Lemon. Side of baba ghanoush & full fat smooth cottage cheese
