sunday - my main workout will be weights 330 to 5.
then easy feel good swim 8-9
monday = swim, maybe water weights instead
no nap on mon, wed, after work. see how that affects my sleep.

My intentions for this week. Eat well, in moderation. Workout strong, become 1 percent better and stronger. Work hard at work and be very productive. staying busy and doing good quality work.

Today has been a great day and it's only 10:35. I had a really great swim and I'm thankful that I was in lane 3 and breathing was good. So much so that I am planning on swimming again tomorrow. I was planning weights first then swim but now I'm really thinking TRX and then swim. I dread TRX because it's hard but I usually enjoy it once I get going. Slow precise weights with stairs in between. Followed by swim. Saturday will be bike, weights, Sunday run swim. I am thankful that I look forward to coming to work sometimes and don't dread it everyday. I am thankful that M has a job that is early enough to work with my crazy schedule.

Well today has been a good day all in all. Swim was different but I adapted and made it work. Cold in office but adapted to that also. Going to go home and walk and get warm. I am thankful for tomorrow working from home. Good yummy food today and everyday. Good podcast to listen to. Tomorrow's plan:
get up and meditate and food prep. Either run, bike, or bike?HIIT before gym. Rex for weights.
