Have a bad period cramps today. Almost seharian rebahan, uda pake heat patch ga mempan. Ga workout and craving savory and sweet treats. Jadilah order di Family Mart, iced kopi susu, 1 bakpao coklat and 4 dimsum. Over calories? Ofc. Tapi over eating sehari doesn’t mean Im failed. Its part of process, nikmati ajaaa 🤩✌🏽
