I'm doing my first 36 hour fast today. Right now I'm at 21 hours. I've only ever done 24 hr fasts, so I'm starting to get a little hungry. I bought some matcha green tea, and it's ok to drink it while fasting. I will have some while my family eats dinner. I'm still drinking my 90oz of water with a little lemon also. So far so good. Tomorrow at 10am I will have a 3 egg omelet loaded with veggies and cheese, to break my fast. I will go 3 or 4 days of my normal keto, then of I'm feeling up to it I will fast again.
