Selamat sarapan :)
Nasi 1 centong+tumis sawi taoge tempe pake bumbu dasar plus sedikit kecap+nanas utk snack jam 10 sblm makan siang.
Awali pagi dengan gizi seimbang :)

Oatmeal 4sdm+200ml susu kedelai (V-soy)+4 strawberry besar 293kkal aja.
Buat yang pengen nikmat menikmati oatmeal dengan buah berry2an aku saranin pake susu kedelai biar ga enek. kalo buah yang manis (i.e pisang) pake susu sapi it's OK

Happy Lunch :)
Kongbap 1 sachet (beras merah+beras ketan+beras hitam+basil seed+jagung+wijen+quinoa+chia seeds+oat+barley) dan tumis pepaya tempe plus telur bumbu balado. Kira2 kalorinya 240kkal aja
