Tomm is the last day of my mini detox challenge for myself. I have made it through over nine days of no artificial sugar, sweeteners and caffeine! Yay me. Will that result in a weight loss? In due time... I think. I'll weigh myself tomm for sure.
But what about the next step of the detox?
I do want to try and go ten more days without sugar (which I don't even crave anymore or caffeine (YAY!)). Possibly because I have at least 3 apples a day. :)
Okay so next 10 days of the detox *drum roll please*
1. No sugar,
2. No sweeteners and
3. No caffeine plus
4. No white rice and
5. No refined-bleached flour. So no pasta :/.
6. Add magnesium, zinc and leptin rich foods in my diet. (must make a list)
I can do that, easy.
No calorie count, just eat sensibly and drink loads.
Wish me luck.

Back here again. It was bound to happen. I gave up Atkins, I gave up exercise and I have neglected getting on a scale. Well, this is what I get. I didn't expect anything else. Now it'll take me at least 6 months to get back to where I was but hey I'm willing to do it once more.
I started a 10 day detox that put me off sweeteners, caffeine and artificial sugars. I'm on day 7. I've stuck to the plan, thankfully but I'm still overdoing calories. After I finish these 10 days I'll cut down on my calories by 500. Do that for 10 days and then start exercising again; bob knows I need to.
Anyone in the same place I am?
Would love some company and support along my journey.
