Can anybody please clarify: On this app- is DAILY Carbs as shown in daily dairy Nett Carbs or do you still have to subtract fibre?

At least I expected that water weight loss in the first period of a lifestyle change is the no 1 thing I have to deal with this week. I changed my calorie intake due to hypoglycemia and it is tough to stay within 20% carb range.

2.4 down in my 1st week...probably just water..Yesterday finally felt like I recovered from carbflu. Today however I feel terrible(weak, heart rate all over the place and NO Energy. Fluid intake check...what the hell is the problem?
