Weekly challenge accomplishments: Lost poundage but probably because of the dental work, I'LL TAKE IT THOUGH! Lost .5 off the waist (my pet peeve spot) have been more active and feel pretty good! Even my mouth doesn't hurt as bad as predicted and haven't had to take the pain killers much so I've been able to get more done. Overall I'm happy with the week. Next Challenge...to take advantage of the abrupt loss and not let it go up much!!

I had to record this weight because I haven't seen it in over two years, however I fully expect it to go up. The only reason it dropped like this is because of my dental work yesterday and all I've had was one can of chicken noodle and a carbsmart ice cream bar....vicodin and beer were a must.
Anyways, it's a pretty number so I wanted to put it in!

Well, i'm up a little but not much, so I won't freak. I seem to be hovering at this one weight and it's getting annoying...BUT, tomorrow I get to have some really fun dental surgery and won't be able to chew for a week or so...if i can't lose weight from cottage cheese, protein shakes and low carb soups nothing will work! Heh
Had WingStop for dinner last night (and lunch today) for my "last meal". I love their wings..AND their Atomic, Cajun, Original and Lemon Pepper all are zero carbs! WOOOO HOOO! If you have one in your neighborhood, check them out...they're the best I swear!
Well, people...I'll either be quiet for a few days after this OR totally bored but only up to sitting on a computer...who knows. But I'll continue to at least write down my exercise/food and catch it all up before the challenge requirements need me to weigh in and stuff....and if nothing else I plan on getting my butt to work by Monday...which I spend all day on a computer. I'm just expecting the worse because I'm a major sissy when it comes to mouth pain..MAJOR sissy!

Weekly challenge accomplishments: Reviewed 2 recipes..had a tough week but I think the peaches were the culprit so I'm back to losing...not much, but it's still losing! Plus I didn't think I lost any inches but I measured three times and it shows I did..whoo hooo!!!
