I'm frustrated. I'm gaining not losing and I've been trying to really pay attention. I'm trying to drink more water..watch my NC's..and I'm doing my situps everyday and trying to walk more. I guess we all have our bad weeks.
Trying to get used to journaling...joined the track everything challenge to try and force me. Maybe I'm taking in more carbs and calories than I realize...I think at least with the carbs I'm on track, but I'll utilize the functions of this website and see what the real truth is!
We got an order of peaches...the BEST peaches I've ever had in at work through a charity. I've kept myself to only one (8NCs)a day, but maybe the sugary fruit is just enough to knock me out of whack? Hmmm...I'm going to go without today and see what happens.

WTF? I've stayed at 20 NC or less and I GAIN 3lbs? This just happened to someone else on here, didn't it? Hmmmmmmmm...must be a conspiracy.
Well, I won't let it get me down. I'm doing the crunch challenge, the walk challenge and the water challenge...so hopefully all will fall into place! I just hope I lose the 3 lbs before our next major weigh in so I don't hurt our precious emeralds! :-)
