I rode the spin bike today. I feel exhausted. I honestly think that I need to ride it more often. I also did some strength training today too. I am still trying to get my body in shape. The good news that my fat rolls are getting smaller on the sides. My legs are getting smaller too. They're not as big as they used to be. My arms are also getting smaller. I'm getting smaller everywhere, and that's a good thing. I just gotta keep working on it. I'm no where to being finished yet. I do want to get to working on my abs as soon as I can. I mean it's not just that. Everywhere I have to work on.
I had a blow pop today. I had been using those for weight loss. I don't eat a lot of snacks any more and I hope to continue to lose weight. I had cut out my snacking. So, now I will suck on a blow pop to fight the cravings. I guess it's better than eating an actual snack, like apples or animal crackers. But I am doing good with it, and I will continue to do good.

I had rode the spin bike today. I had done that for 20 minutes. I honestly feel sore in the knees. When you don't ride it as often, it hurts. I guess that goes to show that I need to ride it every day.

I had gone shopping at Costco. There's so much stuff there. And some of it is on sale. That was my exercise anyway. I went to Outback Steakhouse, and I chose to have the bloomin onion. I ended up taking half of it home

I make coffee every day with non dairy creamer and those Sugar in the Raw packets. I have about 2-3 cups a day. I know to some it may seem like a lot of coffee, but I love my coffee in the mornings. I have more bowel movements now ever since I had become a vegetarian. Before it was every 2-3 days before I had one.
I am busy making my recipe journal. It's coming along really well. I am making it vegetarian friendly. I had found some ideas by watching a YouTube video, and I started making one myself. I had also ordered a cookbook as well to also give me ideas on what to make. I think that by having both of those would help me out a lot

My workout was walking. I had gone walking around the house, although I didn't want to. It's really cold outside, and I was bundled up. I don't like the cold, but at least it wasn't raining or snowing outside yet.
I had spent the morning working on vegetarian recipes in my journal. It's coming along so far. I hope that I could eventually get it filled, and it would really help me decided on what to eat for dinner at least.
I also did a walking DVD and I went riding on the spin bike. I think that I should do the spin bike more often to try to lose weight. Not just that, but also strengthen the muscles in my legs and abs.
