I rode the spin bike today. I feel exhausted. I honestly think that I need to ride it more often. I also did some strength training today too. I am still trying to get my body in shape. The good news that my fat rolls are getting smaller on the sides. My legs are getting smaller too. They're not as big as they used to be. My arms are also getting smaller. I'm getting smaller everywhere, and that's a good thing. I just gotta keep working on it. I'm no where to being finished yet. I do want to get to working on my abs as soon as I can. I mean it's not just that. Everywhere I have to work on.
I had a blow pop today. I had been using those for weight loss. I don't eat a lot of snacks any more and I hope to continue to lose weight. I had cut out my snacking. So, now I will suck on a blow pop to fight the cravings. I guess it's better than eating an actual snack, like apples or animal crackers. But I am doing good with it, and I will continue to do good.
