I'm sorry that I've not been posting as much here recently. I had vacation, then I had to study for the GED. I am not proud of the weight gain. I hope that with the exercising that I am doing will combat it, and I will drop weight. I got my head held high for that one. I am hoping that I will drop 20lbs this month. I am doing a lot of cardio, and some strength training. Wish me luck!

I feel a lot better now than the numbers are going down. My overall goal this week is to lose around 5lbs. I know it's a lot, but I think I can do it

Can you use the preworkout powder after you eat your lunch for 30 minutes? I saw this on Wiki How and I wasn't sure what to make of it. I am trying to do bodybuilding as soon as I lose enough of my body weight, but I have no where to start with that. I am new when it comes to bodybuilding, and I am still in the cutting stage. I know that you can use the protein powder after a great workout and use it for for lunch or dinner. So, I am at a stand still when it comes to it. I do want to build muscle, but I don't want a lot of muscle right now.

I thought that I was doing everything right. I was eating right and I was exercising. But, I still didn't lose any weight this time. Instead I had gained a couple of pounds. I hope to lose around five pounds this week. I have been doing double the workouts, and limiting my snack intake. Now I am only eating two snacks a day instead of the usual three. And it's healthier options. I am trying my best, and I don't want to go backwards.
