I had rode the spin bike today. I felt better that I did. I am hoping that I can lose about 40lbs in 4 months. It sucks really. I hate going back and forth on the diet roller coaster. So, far I am doing well. I had been eating everything in small portion sizes. Well, except for today. I had a large taco salad. But it was so good, and I couldn't even say "no" to it. So, I did work most of it off by doing some exercising.
I'm not in the GED program any more, (thank goodness.) I'm in another program called, NEDP. Please do not ask what that stands or. I do not remember. But, it's an equivalent to the high school diploma. I can't believe that the other GED teachers didn't know about this. Apparently it's unheard of. I did take a test today, and I got in. Boy, that math on there is hard. But that's the area that I need the most help on. With it, you are able to get into college at least. And you are able to get it a lot quicker than the GED.
I went to the GNC store, and I asked a lady that worked there about gaining muscle and taking the pre workout powder. Well, she did say don't pay attention to the marketing ads. They do tend to get you to think that you have to be skinny to take it. You can take it at any size as long as you workout a lot. Right now I workout once a day. But feel as if I could take it further. I am currently using the 4lb dumbbells, and I hope that I could build strength in my arms. My goal is to be able to do as many workouts as I possibly can, then I could possibly take the pre workout powder and protein powder. That's what I am currently working on.

I had done some indoor walking. It's a nasty day with the rain. Thunder storming outside. There's a flood watch for Galax, Virginia. I had been keeping an eye out. Luckily I'm no where near a river or creek.

I had done some indoor walking today, and I had worked out on the sin bike. I had felt sluggish during the day. Major migraine. I couldn't consentrate on my studies and I guilty that I couldn't. I still did a workout though.

I had an excellent day today. I had done some indoor walking. I don't know what it is about indoor walking, but I love it! I had walked for about 15 minutes. I know that doesn't count for a mile, but, I think that if I can do little at a time, I could lose some weight. In the next few weeks, I plan to increase my timing. I also done a workout on the spin bike. My knees were killing me. I honestly don't think that the spin bike is for big folks. But I see big folks at the gym on the spin bike a lot, so I thought that I would give it a go.
