I'm in a strange old place at the moment.......Aunt Flo has made a very unscheduled appearance - 14 days after she last appeared... I have no idea why but it has me more than a little concerned to be honest, this isn't something normal for me. I think a converseation with my GP is on the cards for tomorrow.
On the food front I'm doing OK, sticking to the points and enjoying my grub. I worked out the tofu puzzle - it was for some veggie burgers! Problem is I've eaten the other ingredients now so I'll have to buy them in again next week!
Hopefully I'll have some answers very soon so I an put my mind at rest and get on with losing!

Wohoooo!! Whooop!! hehehehehe I'm down again today! Hurray!!! I'm feeling so much more in control and I really do think the walking is helping a lot.
I'm already worrying a bit as to how I can keep some of the walking in once I have my car back.....I'll have to give it some more thought. I can't imagine how to do without leaving the car stranded somewhere! Not ideal!
Today, well don't know what lunch holds in store just yet but I'll make sure it's low point and I think I'm going to make chilli for dinner. One thing that is driving me potty is that I bought ingredients a few meals a couple of weeks ago and didn't write down which recipes they were, thinking I would remember! Wrong! I bought firm tofu for something but I have no idea what....I can't work it out! At some point I'm going to have to read through all my cook books to work it out! Very annoying!! Needless to say I now write down our weekly menu!!!

Losing 0.6 kg a Week

well I did pop on the scales this morning, not sure whether it actually helps to weigh every day or now really. It was up by 0.2 so I'm not worried by that at all.
I've been into town this morning and had coffee with a friend, well actually I had a pot of tea. I steered clear of the beautiful cakes and scones and opted for a couple of ginger biscuits that were lovely. Not really sure how to point them though as there was no info on the wrapper...what do you think? I was thinking allowing 3 points for them? I walked back from town which took me just over half an hour so I'm feeling quite good after that. The sun is still shining which certainly helps!
No idea what I'm doing for lunch or dinner yet, which is probably not wise. lol I'm getting a bit peckish so I'd better go and sort something out before I start reaching for the naughty cupboard!

YIPPEEEEE!!! Finally a decent loss!!! Let's hope it's not just a slight blip!! lol
I survived on salad yesterday and had a 4 mile walk in the heat of the afternoon......it was over 30 degrees. Needless to say I fely terrible by the time I got home and have been forced to arrange lifts for the next two days. My poor little one got burnt on the walk home from school so it's just not the best way of doing things!
I am going to head out in about half an hour to walk down to the post office and back to send some stuff to the US so I'll still get some walking in and I've been invited to meet a friend for coffee tomorrow morning so I'm planning to walk home from town tomorrow.
I hope everyone has a fantstic tuesday!!!

Losing 5.1 kg a Week

Up down up down...I'm getting SO sick of this!!!! My reason for logging this today is that I'm hoping in the week it will drop nicely as I'll be doing lots of walking and eating well. To be able to see a nice loss will do my confidence a lot of good, so here is the gain that come before the fall! lol
This pound could have come from bread......my arch enemy. I'm really beginning to notice a pattern with it but I find it SO hard to completely avoid. I only had one small roll with dinner last night and then this morning, I don't know where my head was but I put jam on dh's toast and he hates jam. I made him some more and I had the jam toast for breakfast. I don't like to waste like that. It's fine point wise but I'm back to football-ville!
Been into town this morning which has included a fair bit of walking. The sun is out and it's a beautiful day. I did try on quite a few things in the clothes shops which was rather depressing...size 16 used to be fine...at one point I was more in 14 but today even the 16's were a bit uncomfortable....I really need to get this sorted!
