Ard! I suck!
this was such a crummy week and it's taken me forever to get back on track. I so want to be thin, but after this gain I'm more than a little discouraged. Yes it could have been much higher, and yes when you fall off a horse, you have to get right back on but, it's so frustrating to dream that you reached your goal and see yourself as super skinny and then... go to TOPS and have a huge goal. it just sucks out loud.
so I'm back on track. after being depressed and polishing off a huge bag of chips and dip (sigh) I'm back on track. I really wish I didn't jump the track first before I got back on but what are you going to do right? I'm human. Humans screw up sometimes.
that's the news from me, I'm going to go and work out I think.
