Woo Hooo! First lb down! Started the diet 4 weeks ago at 230lbs. Lost weight right away and plateaued. This site helps me a ton and makes me more accountable!
100.8 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
