Feel good in that I have lost a little more and soon I will be at the 40 pound mark and probably should be doing alot more walking and I am excited about my weight loss.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
