Had an ok diet day yesterday but maybe I did not get enough exercise in and I hate it when I don't lose on a daily basis. Well as long as I keep dieting and reviewing this diet I will be fine. Will get a job today so that will be good.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
