Feel good and gained weight but not to worry I think it is my sodium and also my stress level and all of that will soon be taken care of. I will have a job soon and that will be wonderful.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
