Dropped again and that is good but I really was watching the calorie intake and you have to be soooooooooo careful when it comes to losing weight as any little bit will push you over the edge. Keep on keeping on and a .8 pound loss is great, now I am looking to get below the 180.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
